Creating Opportunities and Removing Roadblocks

Doing these two things for others, seeing someone embracing that work to put in their own and leveling up as a result is what motivates me.

Starting Toastmasters Evanston was easy. Keeping it going was the hard part.

There were times in the beginning where I questioned what I was doing and was tempted to leave it all behind.

But then we’d have a meeting and I’d see a member progress down his/her path. Those little moments in time are a big reminder of what it’s all for.
