Turns out, doing something difficult is often easy. What makes it hard is thinking about it – either before or during the act.
Maybe this is why as humans with the most advanced brains ever known, we skew towards being reactive.
So, how do we inspire people to do the difficult things that must be done?
We can remove as much of the thinking about it as possible.
We can remove the barriers to getting it done.
We can start by touching their why.
Will this work for everyone? Probably not.
It’s for those who are willing to be nudged.
